Module 1 — Meta Business Suite Setup


Getting the foundations right from the start

Most businesses skip this step or set it up incorrectly, which causes problems down the track. We walk through the correct structure from scratch — or audit and fix your existing setup.


You will leave knowing how to:

  • Create and correctly structure your Meta Business Suite
  • Connect your Facebook Page, Instagram account, and ad account in the right order
  • Assign user roles and permissions so the right people have the right access
  • Understand the difference between a personal profile, a Business Suite, and an ad account — and why it matters


Module 2 — Pixel & Conversion Tracking


Knowing what your ads are actually doing

Running ads without proper tracking is like driving with your eyes closed. This module ensures you can measure what matters and make decisions based on real data.


You will leave knowing how to:

  • Install the Meta Pixel correctly on your website
  • Set up standard events (Lead, Contact, Purchase) so Meta knows what a conversion looks like for your business
  • Use the Meta Pixel Helper to verify your tracking is working
  • Understand the difference between click-based and view-based attribution, and how to read your results accurately


Module 3 — Audience Building


Reaching the right people, not just a lot of people

Targeting is where most ad spend is wasted. This module covers how to define, build, and layer audiences so your budget is spent on the people most likely to become customers.


You will leave knowing how to:

  • Build Custom Audiences from your website visitors, customer lists, and video viewers
  • Create Lookalike Audiences to find new customers who resemble your best existing ones
  • Use interest, behaviour, and demographic targeting effectively
  • Understand broad targeting and when to use it versus detailed targeting — including the latest Meta algorithm changes that favour wider audiences


Module 4 — Campaign Creation


Building your first live campaign from scratch

We build a real campaign together during the session. You will not just watch — you will do it yourself with guidance, so you leave with the confidence to repeat it independently.


You will leave knowing how to:

  • Choose the right campaign objective for your goal (Leads, Traffic, Sales, Awareness)
  • Structure your campaign correctly using the Campaign, Ad Set, and Ad hierarchy
  • Set budgets at the right level and understand the difference between daily and lifetime budgets
  • Configure your ad set targeting, placements, and scheduling
  • Write and design a basic ad using your own images or video


Module 5 — Creative Strategy


What actually makes people stop scrolling

Meta's own research consistently shows that creative is the single biggest driver of ad performance. This module covers what works in 2025 and beyond, based on current platform behaviour.


You will leave knowing how to:

  • Understand the key differences between Feed, Reels, and Stories placements — and how to tailor your creative for each
  • Apply the "hook, body, call-to-action" framework to write ad copy that converts
  • Choose images and video formats that perform best for your industry
  • Avoid the most common creative mistakes that cause ads to underperform or get rejected


Module 6 — Reading Your Results & Taking Action


Turning numbers into decisions

Knowing how to read your Ads Manager dashboard is what separates businesses that improve over time from those that keep guessing. This module demystifies the data.


You will leave knowing how to:

  • Identify the key metrics that matter for your campaign goal (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, Cost Per Lead)
  • Understand what "good" looks like for each metric — and what signals a problem
  • Know when to let a campaign run versus when to make changes
  • Identify underperforming ads and confidently decide whether to pause, edit, or test something new
  • Set up a simple weekly review routine to keep your campaigns on track
