• Shipping costs of physical goods across Australia
• Will you be collecting GST?
• Returns policy
• Privacy policy
• General terms and conditions
• Social media channels: Creating content (and linking products to your store). This one is super important and it can be easy to underestimate how much work can be required here if doing it yourself.
• Copywriting for your website, social media and product descriptions. It's important that your copy is optimised for organic SEO. Don't forget that many people are now using social media as their 'search engine' as well as Google, Bing etc.
• Paid digital advertising: Google Ads, Social Media Ads and more
• Payment gateway setup: Connecting to Stripe, Square, PayPal, Afterpay and others.
• Domain registration and business email costs (you may need multiple here eg sales@yourbusiness.com.au). We can help you here!
